Overview:
We are the manufacturers and suppliers of computerized register rotogravure printing press and specializes in the field for 40 years in China.
DGAY800.1100ES model rotogravure printing presses are applicable for BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, Nylon and laminated film and paper with the same properties.
Main Configuration:
Each printing unit controlled by independent SYNC servo motor, UNWINDING unwind traction and REWINDING rewind traction are all controlled by servo motor,
there has one ELS system to central control the whole machine, it named ELS rotogravure printing machine.
For example: 8 color machine then there will be have 14 sets of servo motor controlled.
The main advantage which compared with MLS is :
1. It can keep stable printing quality with high accuracy when machine running in high speed and in the process of speed up & speed cut.
2. The material waste will be reduced largely when do auto roll change both at unwinder and rewinder.
3. High efficiency and high final product: mainly used in customers factory which required high productivity
1. Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC and combined film and paper with the same properties.
2. Unwinding and rewinding dual station turret, inching rotation.
3. Unwinding 3 servo motor control, automatic tension control
4. Unwinding and rewinding both air shaft
5. Pneumatic pressing roller.
6. Shaftess printing cylinder.
7. Automatic registration with video inspection.
8. Heavy type & Box type & Fast change type doctor blade. Pneumatic move
9. Pneumatic ink pump.
10. Electric heating or gas heating or oil heating or ESO heating dryer which can save power electricity 70% averagely every year.
11. Independent drying and suction exhausting system, air circulated, max recycled rate 50%, outside oven increase the amount of blowing air to ensure the drying.
12. Waste air eliminating tunnel.
