This machine is suitable for printing plastic film like bopp, pvc, pet, cpp, pe, nylon etc.
1. Electrical line shaft, each printing unit is driven by independent servo motor
2. Max printing speed is 220m/min, mechanical speed is 250m/min.
2. External type unwinder and rewind both with auto splicing and cutting
3. Unwinding two servo motor, infeed servo motor
4. Ink transfer roller to transfer ink stablely under high speed running and ink tank chart to move ink tank
5. Pneumatic pressing roller,doctor blade and ink pump.
6. Shaftess printing cylinder.
7. Automatic registration with video inspection.
8. Electric heating or gas heating or oil heating.
9. Independent drying and suction exhausting system, air circulated, max recycled rate 50%, outside oven increase the amount of blowing air to ensure the drying.
10. Assisted oven on the top of last printing unit can prevent the last color adhesive to the printing cylinder when the color cover the whole cylinder, making the film completely dry.
11. Waste air eliminating tunnel.
12. Rewinding adopts two servo motor.
