Power-Saving Plastic Film Dry Laminating Machine (GF800A model)

Main configurations:

1. This lamination machine suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC etc Plastic film and Paper Aluminum foil Non-woven.
2. The main transmission device of laminating machine is controlled by inverter vector. 
3. Group 1 and 2 unwinding of dry laminating machine adopt photoelectric edge-correcting device while the material feeding is controlled by manual tension. 
4. The anilox rollers control the amount of ink scrapping by scrapers. While the rubber roller adopts dual air cylinder .
5. The four pace of the temperature in the oven tunnel is controlled by intelligent temperature controller, 
equipped with inner cycling device. Save power.
6. Laminating hot drum and pressing roller device are heated through the hot oil  
7. The rewinding of dry laminating machine adopts linkage material-receiving device,and the rewinding device adopts torque motor.
